Urbanscape Development NPC was established by two Directors that share a common vision which is to change the lives of ordinary South Africans by providing quality and affordable rental accommodation in an inclusive and sustainable manner. Urbanscape Development Pty Ltd is 100% black owned and 50% of its share is owned by a woman. Urbanscape Development NPC is a Property Development and Investment Company specialized in Affordable Rental Accommodation and Social Housing.  We are committed to work with government and other stakeholders to provide Social Housing for our people.
